Not all automatics the ability to change the regime and the number regimes of which can be found in the vending automatic.
Type automatic | Regime change | MaxNoRegime |
MC-502 | no | 20 |
MC-100 | yes | 20 |
MC-900 | yes | 20 |
MC-600 | yes | 20,22,60* |
MC-1000 | yes | 20 |
MC-2000 | yes | 20,22,40,60* |
* - depending on the software version can have a different number of regimes
Displays a window for viewing and setting the regimes. When this option is started first time, it opens blank table. Regimes must be initially read from controller to PC.
The first table in the window displays column number and name of the regime, the heating temperature gradient and type of regime.
The following table depends on the type of regime. If the mode is driven by moisture in the wood, this table describes the characteristic points of moisture in wood to be defined for other values of the curves (up to 12 characteristic points and 13-describes the values for conditioning). If the time-driven mode, here are the descriptions of the duration of individual segments (in this case can be up to 13 segments, except that the first has the value 0, define the end time of the regime).
The following four tables define curves for: temperature (Temp), equilibrium moisture content (EMC), relative humidity (RH) and fan speed (FS). All curves are defined for the characteristic point of moisture in wood (given in the first table, if the regime led by the moisture in wood) or duration (time-driven mode). Temperature curve is given in °C. Curve of equilibrium moisture content is given in %. Relative humidity is not in the description of the regime. It is calculated based on the temperature curve and the EMC curve and serves only as information. Curve speed of the fan is in % of maximum speed of the fan.
NOTE: Not all types of automatics have type of regime and settings of the characteristic points !!!
Graphical representation of curves is shown at bottom. X-axis show wood moisture content. Y-axis on the left show temperature, relative humidity and fan speed. Y-axis on the right show equilibrium moisture.
Change of the regime parameters on PC are not sent automatically to controller. Also any change of the regime parameters on controller can not be seen automatically on the PC. In order to have same data on PC and controller, it is required to synchronise them by loading regimes from controller to PC or storing regimes from PC to controller. For this purpose, some options for regimes manipulation are added. Pay attention that some controllers can not change installed regime parameters.
Right-click on the first table to open a pop-up menu with additional options.
Check - compares the selected regime from the table with the same regime stored on controller. If the data differ following message is displayed:
In this case, you should decide where the correct data is stored and then load them from controller, or send them from PC to controller.
Load - load the selected regime from the controller to the PC.
Save - write the selected regime from the PC to controller.
Desired options can be applied to selected regime only or all regimes.
Automatic controller can store up to MaxNoRegime regimes. Up to 100 regimes can be defined on PC. To create a new regime use the option Insert. This opens the first free, empty box above the MaxNoRegime in which data for new regime can be stored. However, only the first MaxNoRegime regimes from a PC can be copied to the automatic controller. If you want to send a regime above the MaxNoRegime to controller, you must copy it first to the position in range 1 to MaxNoRegime because these are locations reserved for user regimes. Select regime above MaxNoRegime and choose option Set and desired number from 1 to MaxNoRegime. This will replace two regimes location and the one that is now on location bellow MaxNoRegime can be sent to controller.
Option Delete removes selected regime. Only regimes from MaxNoRegime+1 to 99 can be deleted. Main regimes from 1 to MaxNoRegime cen't be deleted.
Option Copy copies selected regime into Clipboard.
Option Paste copies regime from Clipboard to selected regime.
Option Print sends selected regime to printer.
Option Exitcloses a window to work with regimes.
Right-click on the curve table opens different pop-up menu:
Click on the table Wood, Temp, EMC or Fun, opens pop-up menu for copying/pasteing curve table to/from Clipboard. This copies all selected row (all 13 points).
Right-click on the RH table opens option for show/hide RH curve on the graphic view.
Graphic panel shows curves descibes on the above tabels. Left press on the background and move rectangle right and down, zooms graphic.
Left press on the background and move rectangle left and up, unzooms graphic (view 1:1).
Right press on the background scrolls graphic.
Right click on the some point on the curve selects this curve. Right press on the desired point move and drag point up/down.
To accept changes left click on the background. This opens confirm dialog.
