Equilibrium moisture content (EMC) display

This box is used to display set and measured EMC, EMC of each probe individually, and EMC related warnings that may occur.

Edit box show setpoint forequilibrium moisture content (EMC - Equilibrium Moisture Content). If the controller is in automatic mode, changing the value of set EMC is not allowed. If controller is in the semi-automatic mode, change the value for set EMC by clicking the arrows beside text box. LED display shows average value of EMC taken from active EMC probes. Actual measured value from EMC probes is shown below display. Probes in passive state are shown in gray while active are in black.In case incorrect measurement value is received from EMC probe, then label error will be displayed instead of measured value. Relative humidity is displayed in bottom right corner of this box.

Following labels can be displayed:

• error is shown above LED display in case incorrect measurement of EMC is detected
• message hold is shown below setpoint if measured EMC deviate from setpoint a lot
• symbols  > or <  can appear between EMC probes in case there is big difference between them

Right click mouse button on EMC probes display to set each individual probe in passive or active state.

The choice of ways of calculating average

Right click on the box to display the Equilibrium Moisture Contetnt opens the popup menu for selecting the average.

Option average takes into account all active and correct probes and the average of these accounts (for example: (1,7 + 12,2) / 2 = 7,0).

Option maximum selects the maximum probe with the highest value (example: 12,2).

Option minimum selects the probe with the lowest value (example: 1,7).
