Portable moisture meter RVD-903 is designed for measurement of wood moisture content in the field. It is also universal
device, which can be seen when the probe SVT-03/U is fitted. In that case, device can measure air
temperature/humidity apart from wood moisture content measurement.
Main characteristics of this device is its portability since
RVD-903 uses battery power supply, and can operate in the kiln or in the field.
Device is easily operated since it has
only one button for activation. When the button is pressed, measured value is displayed on the LCD display.
User can choose
among 4 different types of wood according to the actual timber type he wants to probe. Device has an ability of temperature
compensating (because air temperature is measured as well).
Device also has built-in indication that warns user when the
battery is low.
Since this device is delivered whit or without temperature probe, user must specify which configuration wants to by upon
ordering.
