MKS-08 is microprocessor temperature indicator
(measurement and data aquisition box) with 8 inputs which are suitable
for Pt1000 or Pt100 RTDs and most common thermocouple sensors. This is
not a stand alone unit but can be delivered separatelly depending on the
aplication and user preference. Complete set delivered for wood and
pallet sterilization process according to ISPM 15 phytosanitary standard
consists of: measurement box MKS-08, temperature probes with Pt1000
sensors, connection box, RS486 adapter used for PC connection, CD with
software installation and cables.
Most common usage of this unit
is in chambers for heat treatment ie
sterilization of wood and pallets. Together with custom PC
application 'Wood sterilization', MKS-08 is used for
sterilization process verification according to International Standard
for Phytosanitary Measures ISPM 15 standard as defined
by Food and Agriculture Organisation - FAO.
Sterilization process is monitored on PC monitor, and after succesfull
completion, it is printed in the form of computer generated form which
is used as proof that sterilization process passed succesfully.
When appropriate application on PC computer is used, MKS-08 can be used
as suitable device for survailance and data aquisition in large chamber
and warehouse systems.
Warranty for MKS-08 indicator is 5 years. Technical data are given in
