NOTE: In 2006 NIGOS-elektronik participated in EU TENDER, EUROPEAID/119845/D/S/RO - LOT 1 WOOD CARPENTRY (http://ted.europa.eu/udl?uri=TED:NOTICE:33463-2006:TEXT:EN:HTML).  Actual supplier of the Lot 1 was Geest Overseas. In cooperation with Geest Overseas, NIGOS-elektronik delivered 17 Dehumidifying Kiln Dryers which were successfully installed and comissioned in 17 prisons in Romania.

NIGOS-elektronik can offer significant improvement of the kilns listed under Tender EuropeAid/131876/C/SUP/RS. We can offer better type of wood drying kilns with Heat Recovery Units instead of standard dampers (flaps) for air exchange. Heat recovery units are designed to take heat energy from air coming out of the kiln. This method saves up to 30% heating energy (and also fuel for boiler), it improves the quality of dried material and reduces time for drying. Impact on reduction of CO2 emission, renewable energy use and protection of environment is also tremendous.
